Ascravi & Sonse, a lifestyle, art and design project operating from Schillerstrasse 57, 4020 Linz, Austria, legally represented by Catalina Codreanu, markets through its website www.ascravisonse.com (the “Website”) the Italian Vintage Absolute perfume (thereafter the “Products”), as well as olfactory educational events, sessions and workshops (thereafter the “Services”).

These Terms and Conditions are applicable for all orders you placed through the website.
Ascravi & Sonse reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. In case of an update, the applicable terms and conditions are the ones from the date of the order.
1. Use of Our Services
Ascravi & Sonse markets on its website www.ascravisonse.com the Italian Vintage Absolute perfume and experimental perfume making events, sessions and workshops. By using our website, you agree to follow the law and respect the purpose of this website, refraining from any unauthorised and fraudulent actions. You may not use our website to violate any local, national, or international laws or regulations.
2. User Accounts
To have access to all our website’s features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Payment and Transactions
If you make a purchase or payment via our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. We collect and process credit card information such as card number and card name in order to complete a transaction.
You may place orders on our website using the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Pay Pal and Klarna.
Ascravi & Sonse reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
4. Intellectual Property
The content on the Ascravi & Sonse website, including logos, trade names, text, images, videos and graphics, is the exclusive intellectual property of Ascravi & Sonse or its licensors. Unauthorized use of our content is strictly prohibited.
5. Liability
Ascravi & Sonse is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website and/or products. We are not liable for any use the products that does not comply with their intended purpose.
Due to the actions of third-parties or circumstances beyond our control, Ascravi & Sonse does not warrant:
the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the content provided on our site.
that the website will be available continuously, without interruptions or errors.
that no viruses or harmful elements will be accidentally transmitted
that you can permanently access your data
that we can store your data
Ascravi & Sonse reserves the right to end the operation of the website.
6. Nature of Olfactory Workshops, Bespoke Sessions and The Perfume Bar Services
Participants acknowledge that olfactory workshops and perfume creation experiments in bespoke sessions or the perfume bar are educational services. Any fragrance mixtures created during these sessions are educational study samples ('Experiments') intended for olfactory reference and as olfactory souvenir only. These olfactory experiments are not finished cosmetic products as defined by EU Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009. The Organizer provides no guarantee of skin compatibility for these study samples, and they are not intended for application on the human body.
6.1 Educational & Consultative Service: Participants and clients acknowledge that the "Perfume Workshops" , the
“Bespoke Session” and the "Perfume Bar" sessions are strictly educational and consultative services. The primary value of the session is the professional guidance, the study of raw materials, and the development of an individual olfactory profile.
6.2 Status of Mixtures ("Experiments"): Any fragrance mixtures created—whether blended by the participant or by the organizer during a consultation—are defined as educational study samples ("Experiments"). These are intended exclusively as an olfactory reference, a maceration study, or an olfactory souvenir.
These experimental blends are not finished cosmetic products as defined by EU Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009.
They have not undergone cosmetic safety assessments (CPSR) or stability testing.
6.3 Usage & Safety: The Organizer provides no guarantee of skin compatibility. These samples are not intended for application on the human body. The Organizer does not authorize or recommend use on the skin.
6.4 Assumption of Risk: By participating, the individual acknowledges that raw materials (even at 10% dilution) may contain allergens. The individual assumes all responsibility for the storage and handling of the sample and releases Ascravi & Sonse from any liability arising from use on the skin or other unintended applications.
7. Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria. In case of no amiable agreement, the disputes will be resolved in the courts of Austria.
8. Supplemental Consumer Rights & Legal Provisions (EU/Austria)
8.1 Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return): In accordance with the Austrian Distance Selling Act (FAGG), consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. For the Italian Vintage Absolute perfume, this period begins upon physical receipt of the product. To exercise this right, the customer must notify Ascravi & Sonse via a clear statement (e.g., by email). Your order may be eligible for a refund under certain conditions. We accept returns for products purchased from www.ASCRAVISONSE.com only, and all returns are inspected upon receipt at our warehouse. The products must be returned to us in an unused condition and in the original packaging: if the pump of the bottle of the perfume has been activated, the item will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Workshop fees are non refundable. No-shows will not be rescheduled. Ascravi & Sonse reserves the right to deny product returns that do not meet the return policy requirements. Free samples and the refillable bottles (such as the 6 ml Italian Vintage Absolute travel sprayer) are not eligible for refund.
If items that are ineligible for a return are sent back to Ascravi & Sonse, those items will not be mailed back to you. Personalised and custom-made products are not subject to refund. Shipping and delivery fees are not refundable.
TO REQUEST A REFUND: Contact ascravisonse@gmail.com with your order number to notify us or your decision to return products and to request a return shipping label. We will provide you with further information about the return process.
RETURN PERIOD: You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal. No returns will be accepted after this period.
8.2 Exception for Dated Services (Workshops): Pursuant to § 18 Abs 1 Z 10 FAGG, there is no right of withdrawal for services related to leisure activities if the contract provides for a specific date or period for the performance. Therefore, bookings for specific workshop dates and scheduled perfume bar sessions are binding and non-refundable once confirmed, unless otherwise stated by the Organizer.
8.3 Statutory Warranty: For the Italian Vintage Absolute perfume, the statutory warranty rights (Gewährleistung) under Austrian law apply. This ensures that the product is free from defects at the time of delivery. Any claims regarding defects must be reported to Ascravi & Sonse within the legal periods. For educational "Experiments" and study samples, no warranty for skin compatibility or cosmetic performance is provided as they are not marketed as cosmetic products.
9. Terms and Conditions Updates
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. By using our website after the updates, you agree to the new terms.

10. Online Dispute Resolution

Mit der Nutzung unserer Website erklären Sie sich bereit, das Gesetz einzuhalten, den Zweck dieser Website zu respektieren und jegliche unbefugte oder betrügerische Handlungen zu unterlassen.
2. Benutzerkonten
Für den Zugriff auf bestimmte Funktionen kann die Erstellung eines Kontos erforderlich sein. Sie sind für die Geheimhaltung Ihrer Zugangsdaten und für alle Aktivitäten unter Ihrem Konto verantwortlich.
3. Zahlung und Transaktionen
Sie erklären sich bereit, korrekte und vollständige Zahlungsinformationen anzugeben. Wir verarbeiten Kreditkartendaten (Kartennummer, Name), um Transaktionen abzuschließen. Akzeptierte Zahlungsmittel: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal und Klarna. Ascravi & Sonse behält sich das Recht vor, Bestellungen nach eigenem Ermessen abzulehnen oder zu stornieren.
4. Geistiges Eigentum
Die Inhalte der Website von Ascravi & Sonse, einschließlich Logos, Markennamen, Texte, Bilder, Videos und Grafiken, sind das exklusive geistige Eigentum von Ascravi & Sonse oder deren Lizenzgebern. Die unbefugte Nutzung ist streng untersagt.
5. Haftung
Ascravi & Sonse haftet nicht für direkte oder indirekte Schäden, die aus der Nutzung der Website oder der Produkte entstehen. Wir haften nicht für eine Verwendung der Produkte, die nicht ihrem vorgesehenen Zweck entspricht. Ascravi & Sonse garantiert nicht die ständige Verfügbarkeit der Website oder deren Fehlerfreiheit (Viren etc.).
6. Charakter der Workshops, Bespoke-Sessions und der Perfume Bar
Teilnehmer erkennen an, dass Workshops und Parfümkreations-Experimente (Bespoke Sessions/Perfume Bar) rein pädagogische und beratende Dienstleistungen sind. Alle erstellten Mischungen sind olfaktorische Studienproben („Experimente“) und dienen ausschließlich als Geruchsreferenz oder Souvenir.
Diese Experimente sind keine fertigen kosmetischen Mittel gemäß EU-Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1223/2009.
Es wurde keine kosmetische Sicherheitsbewertung (CPSR) oder Stabilitätsprüfung durchgeführt.
Verwendung & Sicherheit: Der Veranstalter übernimmt keine Garantie für die Hautverträglichkeit. Die Proben sind nicht für die Anwendung am menschlichen Körper bestimmt.
Haftungsfreistellung: Der Teilnehmer übernimmt die volle Verantwortung für die Verwahrung und stellt Ascravi & Sonse von jeglicher Haftung bei zweckentfremdeter Verwendung (insbesondere Hautkontakt) frei.
7. Anwendbares Recht
Diese Bedingungen unterliegen österreichischem Recht. Im Falle von Streitigkeiten, die nicht gütlich beigelegt werden können, sind die Gerichte in Österreich zuständig.
8. Ergänzende Verbraucherrechte & gesetzliche Bestimmungen (EU/Österreich)
8.1 Rücktrittsrecht (14-Tage-Rückgabe): Gemäß dem Fern- und Auswärtsgeschäfte-Gesetz (FAGG) haben Verbraucher das Recht, binnen 14 Tagen ohne Angabe von Gründen von einem Kauf zurückzutreten. Für das Parfüm Italian Vintage Absolute beginnt diese Frist mit dem Erhalt der Ware. Um dieses Recht auszuüben, müssen Sie Ascravi & Sonse mittels einer eindeutigen Erklärung (z. B. per E-Mail) informieren.
Rücksendungen werden nur für Produkte akzeptiert, die über www.ASCRAVISONSE.com gekauft wurden. Die Produkte müssen im ungenutzten Zustand und in der Originalverpackung zurückgesendet werden: Falls die Pumpe des Parfümflakons bereits betätigt wurde (Aktivierung des Steigrohres), wird der Artikel nicht zur Rückgabe oder zum Umtausch angenommen.
Workshop-Gebühren sind nicht erstattungsfähig. Bei Nichterscheinen (No-Show) erfolgt keine Umbuchung. Gratisproben und nachfüllbare Flaschen (z. B. 6 ml Reisespray) sind von der Erstattung ausgeschlossen. Personalisierte Produkte sind gemäß § 18 Abs 1 Z 3 FAGG vom Rücktrittsrecht ausgeschlossen.
8.2 Ausnahme für termingebundene Dienstleistungen (Workshops): Gemäß § 18 Abs 1 Z 10 FAGG besteht kein Rücktrittsrecht für Dienstleistungen im Bereich der Freizeitgestaltung, wenn der Vertrag einen spezifischen Termin vorsieht. Buchungen für Workshops und Perfume-Bar-Sitzungen sind daher verbindlich.
8.3 Gesetzliche Gewährleistung: Es gelten die gesetzlichen Gewährleistungsrechte nach österreichischem Recht. Für pädagogische „Experimente“ wird keine Gewährleistung für Hautverträglichkeit übernommen.
9. Aktualisierungen der AGB
Wir behalten uns das Recht vor, diese AGB jederzeit zu aktualisieren. Durch die Nutzung der Website nach einer Aktualisierung stimmen Sie den neuen Bedingungen zu.
10. Online-Streitbeilegung
Die Europäische Kommission stellt eine Plattform zur Online-Streitbeilegung (OS) bereit: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. Wir sind nicht verpflichtet, an einem Streitbeilegungsverfahren vor einer Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle teilzunehmen.
