Shipping:

Ascravi & Sonse prioritises quick order processing and sustainability by recycling carton and plastic packaging, and by re-using previously used shipping materials for orders whenever possible. This practice helps reduce waste and conserves natural resources by giving materials a second life instead of sending them to a landfill.

DELIVERY TIME: We process your order in 3-5 working days, Monday to Friday. Once it is is transferred to a courier, you will receive your tracking number per E-Mail, which can be used to track your order online.

DELIVERY ZONES: For the moment we ship only to:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

Please note we are currently unable to ship to Reunion Island, Guadeloupe Island, Canary Islands, Funchal Island, Cyprus, Malta and Norway.

We are working on finding the best shipping possibilities for the rest of Europe, UK, America and Canada. Please contact us if you need any further information.

SHIPPING RATES: In October 2025 all our customers benefit from free shipping to our delivery zones when purchasing the Italian Vintage Absolute 50 ml Eau de Parfum. For the free 2 ml sample and the 6 ml Travel Size sprayer the shipping rate is 15 euro + 1 euro per product.

Refunds:

Your order may be eligible for a refund under certain conditions. We accept returns for products purchased from www.ASCRAVISONSE.com only, and all returns are inspected upon receipt at our warehouse. Ascravi & Sonse reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the return policy requirements. Free samples and the refillable bottles (such as the 6 ml Italian Vintage Absolute travel sprayer) are not eligible for refund.

If items that are ineligible for a return are sent back to Ascravi & Sonse, those items will not be mailed back to you. Personalised and custom-made products are not subject to refund. Shipping and delivery fees are not refundable.

TO REQUEST A REFUND: Contact ascravisonse@gmail.com with your order number to notify us or your decision to return products and to request a return shipping label.

RETURN PERIOD: You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal. No returns will be accepted after this period.

PRODUCT CONDITION: Any product that is opened, damaged, used, bears marks, has been modified or is not returned in its original packaging is not subject to the right of withdrawal. For perfumes, if the pump of the bottle of the perfume has been initiated, the item will not be accepted for return or exchange.
