Shipping:

Ascravi & Sonse prioritises quick order processing and sustainability by recycling carton and plastic packaging, and by re-using previously used shipping materials for orders whenever possible. This practice helps reduce waste and conserves natural resources by giving materials a second life instead of sending them to a landfill.

DELIVERY TIME: We process your order in 3-5 working days, Monday to Friday. Once it is is transferred to a courier, you will receive your tracking number per E-Mail, which can be used to track your order online.

DELIVERY ZONES: For the moment we ship only to:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

Please note we are currently unable to ship to Reunion Island, Guadeloupe Island, Canary Islands, Funchal Island, Cyprus, Malta and Norway.

SHIPPING RATES: All our customers benefit from free shipping to our delivery zones when purchasing the Italian Vintage Absolute 50 ml Eau de Parfum. For the 6 ml Travel Size sprayer the shipping rate is 15 euro + 1 euro per product.

Eligibility for Refunds

We accept returns only for products purchased directly from www.ascravisonse.com.

All returns are strictly inspected upon receipt. Your order may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

• Product Condition: Products must be returned in their original, unused condition and in the original packaging. Any product that is opened, damaged, used, modified, or bears marks will not be accepted.

• The "No-Spray" Policy: For perfumes, if the pump of the bottle has been activated, the item is no longer considered in "original condition" and will not be accepted for return or exchange.

• Non-Refundable Items & Services: Free samples, refillable bottles (such as the 6ml Italian Vintage Absolute travel sprayer), and bespoke olfactory experiments (including personal consultation results and workshop results) are strictly non-eligible for refund or exchange, as they are results from personalized services.

• Workshop Fees: Fees for olfactory workshops and sessions are non-refundable. No-shows or cancellations will not be rescheduled.

Return Period You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal. No return requests will be accepted after this period has expired.

Shipping & Costs:

Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable. If an item that is ineligible for a return is sent back to us, we reserve the right to deny the refund. In such cases, the item will be held for the customer to arrange collection. Ascravi & Sonse is not responsible for the cost of mailing ineligible items back to the sender.

How to Request a Refund:

1. Contact us at ascravisonse@gmail.com with your order number to notify us of your decision.

2. We will provide you with further instructions and a return shipping label.

3. Once the return is inspected and approved, Ascravi & Sonse will refund the cost of the products to your original payment method.
